Just my Luck!

How many times have you heard or even said 'It's just my luck', or 'Im just going through a streak of Bad Luck'. Is it possible that some people really are luckier than others, and that for some, bad luck has infected them like a curse? Well the answer is no.

Luck is neutral, it has no favorites, it has no enemies and therefore can not be blamed for the lack of anyone's success. It is irrelevant. So the excuse of 'I'm just cursed with bad luck' stands no ground and is just another way of saying 'I give up'. Using Luck as an excuse for the events in your life is a cowardly way of diverting the blame from your actions. Yes, of course their are horrible things that happen in life; injury, illness and death, to name a few, but these things occur to all humans, its how you decide to deal with it that ultimately determines your fate.

Lets look at the definition of Luck and understand it.
Luck-1. The chance happening of fortunate or adverse events; fortune

The key words are Chance, Fortunate and Adverse. Chance proves my point that Luck is neutral, and has no team. The other key words however, really tell the tale.
A fortunate event would most likely refer to good luck, and an adverse event would definitely refer to bad luck, so in essence your luck is determined by the amount of Fortunate or Adverse events you have. Your probably thinking , yeah OK, not rocket science! The power lies in this next phrase. 'It is how you decide to react to an event, or how you perceive it that makes it Fortunate or Adverse'. That is the secret to having good luck.

No one always has bad luck, or streaks of bad luck , all they have are life events- they way they view those events and the way they communicate them to their brain is what gives them meaning.
'Some guys have all the Luck' No, they have positive outlook's, and create their success through persistence and drive.

So, to summarize, You Create Your Own Luck! You want to be lucky? Create goals, Persist, view obstacles as challenges, Don't make excuses, Find Solutions!
When you break it down, it is just so simple, and if your not buying any of this, well, then your just Sh*t out of Luck!

"Success is simply a matter of luck. Ask any failure."
